Your access to and use of the AAASK website is subject to the following terms and conditions which, by accessing and browsing this site, you accept without any limitation or qualification.

Formation of Contract and Governing Law

A contract between you and AAASK for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.

Delivery Policy

All items shown on the website of AAASK are normally held in stock. All orders are despatched within 48 hours, however, if an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you by either email or telephone to give you the option of allowing up to 28 days for delivery or receiving a full refund including delivery charges.

In the unlikely event of any product being discontinued we will contact you by either email or telephone to arrange a full refund, including delivery charges.

Orders will be delivered by a courier company where a signature may be required as proof of delivery.

Up to 25 Kilograms

Up to 50 Kilograms

Above 50 Kilograms
£50.00

UK delivery charges for Tarpaulins are as follows:

£10.00

Returns and Refund Policy

Here at AAASK we are certain that you will be delighted with the purchase of a handcrafted product from our fabulous collection. Due to the bespoke nature of some of the products being sold on this website, once a transaction has been completed, payment received and delivery of goods confirmed, no cancellation, return or refund can be made unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. In this case items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, with original packaging intact. It is recommended that proof of posting is retained. Returns of faulty goods will not be accepted outwith the initial 14-day period following delivery. Please email returns@AAASK.com for further details on how to return goods if you believe an item you have purchased is faulty.
